A brilliant company. The lady on the phone was so helpful with the information she gave and clear. Within an hour (most other companies we called were booked up for weeks) an electrician arrived who was great at his job. Very polite, good mannered and incredibly knowledgeable. Solved a lighting problem, that 2 others couldn't, within the hour and had a spare light switch for me and even installed a light fitting in no time! Top quality company

Very prompt and courteous service. Simon came to our home to carry out a survey of the work to be done, sent a quote the same day and Louise organised a convenient day and time for Simon to carry out the work. Have used this business for a couple of jobs now, this one was to install a HIVE thermostat on my boiler. Booked in quickly, turned up on time and rewired neatly,and following a query from me set up a follow up call to explain the system operation. Carried out an additional follow up visit unprompted to check the system and do a small improvement, which was great for me as a customer.
